Wow, you serious? That's pretty amazing, given MS Paint. I mean, it has great capabilities, but I'm never getting over the fact that you can only undo three times.
Seriously though, this is... pretty cool. I'm not too comfortable with critiquing pix arts though, so I'll let someone else handle it. But the detail, the scale, and the textures are all nicely done.

Ironically, I cannot picture myself drawing with something else. I've been using MS Paint for too long to stop now. The whole 3 undos only takes some getting use to but eventually you learn to plan your next 3 moves.

Thanks for the compliment BTW. I'm sure someone will have some critique about it.

The people's heads are much too large. The branches on the fan palm are too small in comparison to the rest of that tree.. Things in general look much larger than they should, like the birds, but I suppose that was done on purpose. It's much too green. Instead of shading things with a darker shade of the base color, try shading with blues, greys. Pay attention to the ways objects reflect off other objects and use a greater diversity of greens.

The angle of the picture is kinda dull (especially since the ground is just a straight line at the bottom of the picture.

The birds lack shading, and the wing shape is strange. It seems weird to me that some things have a lot of detail, and some things are just blocks of pure color. For the most part, you also ignored the existence of shadows that things cast on other things. Water in a forest canopied by trees that large shouldn't be so blue.
