Access denied during re-submission

Hi all, this is thoroughly pissing me off.

I received this in the mail today:

So I do exactly what it says - the photo's dimensions are 999x1032 pixels, and its size is 201 KB. But, whenever I try to submit the photo, it comes out like [url=http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-671519.html]this[/url]:

[/quote]

I've been at it for about 30 minutes. Help please?

EDIT: Besides this one, my other submission "Christmas Girls" is also problematic in exactly the same way (the new version's dimensions are 1173x1325 pixels, 204 KB in size).

I wrote the code for the minor reject / retry system. In general, you can retry any submission as long as it is within one week of the rejection notice.

However, in order to avoid the potential for an endless-loop of rejects / retries, this is measured from the date of the [b]first[/b] rejection notice, not the latest.

In this context the "Access Denied" error message should only appears if:
1 - Submission rejected for a non-minor reason
2 - You are not logged in (or otherwise not who submitted the pic)
3 - More than a week past the rejection notice

I'll have time to look into this later.
