Beat

Beat, my fragile heart
Though it bleeds and it aches
Stinging with my past mistakes
Walk on, live on
Be strong and don’t fall apart

Fly, my longing dream
Though uncertain and full of doubt
Grab them now and toss them out
Believe in love
Never give up
Be all that you can be

Live, beautiful soul
Though afraid to take charge
Love everything that you are
Learn from the past
Build up your future
Watch your life as it unfolds
