what is going on? fac funart and the other one is broken

i am trying to get on fac but keep getting an error i tried to get to the other sites and got same error

it has happened before on occasion

is this an update maintenance thing or something else?

Server may have been down.
Since there has been some hardware maintenance early on, I'd say they did some more maintenance to the Database server as well.
