If You could make a Video Game about anything what would it be?

my game would be a crazy,
it would be a MMORPG vampire vs lycan kind of game
so much blood and gore ,
not the human mind cant handle it.

I was thinking of an awesome Wii racing co-op game where one person drives a car, and the other uses weapons against other opponets, kind of like Mario Kart DD. For example, if you had a sword, you could simply slash around the Wiimote at other cars, damaging them, or killing the drivers. Or with a gun, just point and shoot.
