ok by simply changeing thier state of concious inside the time seal of the fairys they essentially reset their frame of mind, in a nutshell. they left the loop of follys time loop. holly short was outside the blast radius when the fairys blue rinsed artemis's mansion. and holly was not unconcious during the raid itself she woke up before the actual time loop started, that clarify things for you?
