The first one isn't so bad. The arms are very stylized, but acceptable. But try to define the elbows a little more, especially in the arm closest to us. Defining the elbow and shoulder area will help enhance the perspective so it looks more, well, arm-like.

I'll make a redline of the 2nd one's face later, because it needs it. >_>

Also, if her hair is supposed to be straight across when she's upright, then it shouldn't still be straight when she bends forward.
