You specified the media as "MS Paint", but what we have here looks more like a Media Player audio visualization.

What is it, exactly? I'm currently guessing that you hit the PrintScreen button on Media Player, then pasted and arranged the result in Paint. Copy-and-paste doesn't dictate the media. In fact, copy-and-paste often fails submission policy as a whole.

Strata's got a good eye. ;0

WMP visualizations, under "battery." I'm guessing the others are in "alchemy" (which was, incidentally, a keyword listed for the other picture), but I don't have the patience to sit through it and find out.

i still have ideas of getting these into the general stream media, may have to tweak um but they will be there, more likely as watermarks tho

You didn't create those images yourself, you Print Screen-ed, and then copied and pasted. You took those images from a well-known, copyrighted program. So, this is basically plagiarism. That's why it's not allowed.

Actually...
You are not legally allowed to use them as anything, at all.

Since Microsoft holds the copyright, they have full ownership of it. To use the "visualizations" generated by the media player program, you have to ask Microsoft first, and then the creator(s) of the visual generator in question.

With that said, you'll either have to pay them, or make good on some quality MS advertising.
Either way, you still got to ask them, and it still violates some parts of submission policy. In the effect that you have used works that are not yours, and furthermore, have not asked, and received, permission to use them in any work.

We kindly ask you to also try being original with your submissions and posting your very own Fan-art.

What I said. Thank you, Sora.

@ aquaeevee: If you wanted to use those visualizations, again, what Sora said, you would have to pay Microsoft and the creator(s) of the visualizations themselves some big bucks.

Otherwise, you may get sued if they see that picture on FAC. They could sue you for using it without their permission.

Well the more.. immediate reason why he couldn't use it on pictures uploaded here is because it's against FAC's policy. Microsoft isn't going to suddenly go snooping around the internet, looking for teenagers to sue.

Since it's not created, only copied-and-pasted, it violates FAC's policy. Plus it violates the law, too.

what the hell did i do wrong with the dragonair? that 1 was a prehand sketch i drew myself and put into ms paint and from there uploaded and tweaked in photo. i didnt do anything wrong on that 1. i know because you can clearly see the pen/pencil pressure marks

This one here:

All of them appear suspicious.
