A mentoring catagory.

Though is much like the help catagories, it would allow members to get mentored one on one with various members on FAC. I just thought it would be a neat idea for those who need help in certain stuff like figures, or photoshop colouring, or other things such as that.

Members will take their time to help others and teach them their techniques one on one. I just though it would be pretty cool, so like others are able to learn.

I wouldn't overgeneralize.
Personally I don't think it's a bad idea at all. Instead of complaining about it, why not try and do something?
Now there are critique fourms here already, though I supose you're thinking of a different type of more organized program.

If enough people volunteered that would be cool and probably an improvement to the site....and people's artwork.
