The picture is excellent in my opinion, but I [i]think[/i] I see a few flaws.
There's something about the eye farthest from the viewer that makes it look...squished. I think you need to raise the eyelid a little and make the eye a wee bit less wide.
The hand hidden behind the cane (excellent detail, by the way) seems a bit...elongated, in my opinion. Just a small bit of shortening, and I think that can be easily fixed.  The other hand seems a bit too long as well, and the top a bit more bony then usual.
Other then that, you've got an A-grade piece, Joou.

It is the artist, not the fandom, that makes the picture worth it.
If you feel that the fandom is worthless, then fighting the urge to pass judgement on a picture based on that fandom is a rather good idea.
That is, of course, unless you want the fangirls/fanboys coming after you with foaming mouths.
