C+C Please

I want some C+C for this sketch I did of Samus Aran. Keep in mind I'm still new at drawing, even though I've been drawing all my life. I never seem to get any better. Now, I'm not sure if I should finish it or not. I threw the original out, so I only have the scanned copy. Should I finish it? If so, how should I colour it? I was going to colour it by hand, with coloured pencils, but I figured no one likes traditional art anymore. I was going to try and colour it with MSPaint, as I can't get Photoshop, and I'm not allowed to download The GIMP.
