What's up with my auto-status?

I've had auto-status (when you submit a picture and it appears in the gallery immediately) on my pictures for quite a while (over a year, actually), and then, a couple of days ago, FAC automatically logged me out, and wouldn't let me stay logged in as I jumped pages for a whole day. I noticed it specifically logged me out whenever I tried to reach my profile.

Right after that, my auto-status disappeared. I attempted to submit a picture (I.D no. #688829), but it stayed in the approval queue for three days before I deleted and attempted to resubmit it, thinking the auto-status might be on the blink, or if it was just a one-off, but the same thing happened (The I.D no. is for the newest submission of the picture).

Did I do something wrong? Please help me!

You may have been submitting into a monitored category.

Pay attention to the confirmation message you receive after filing a submission, it will note if you have selected a monitored category for submission.

Oh yes, there is another reason: Submissions of [i]very[/i] large image files, or questionable content advisories assigned will cause a piece to be held for approval even if you are on 'auto' status.

As it happens, your submission #688829 was queued due to its size.
