Aren't these three pictures violating the policies of FAC?

These are photo-manipulations, which, as stated in the policies, aren't allowed. This user keeps claiming that it's not manipulations, and that the photos are just background images. All she's done is draw cat ears and whiskers on random photos of herself, and wings on a photo of her boyfriend.

They are. She probably has auto approval (though perhaps for not much longer..) and those pictures were never seen by the approval staff.

If you draw like.. a picture of Batman and stick him in front of a photograph of NYC and it's obvious that the focus of the picture is Batman and not the background, then that would be allowed.

Pictures of cat ears and wings drawn onto photos of people are not allowed.

Exactly right, though she thought she knew the policies about submitting photographs to FAC. She claimed that it was stock photos of sorts. I told her to go to Photolucidity for that, and she continued to be a retard.

Hopefully the AP will be watching her more closely now.
