commenting issues

my friend (justinroxoutloud) can't comment anymore and she was not banned. im not sure whats wrong with her account... what do i do?

All you can do is let your friend know they need to validate their email address.

If they don't know how to do that, tell them to check their email for the first ever email they received from FAC. There will be instructions in the email on how to validate their email address.

but thats just it... no matter how many times she lookes for the e-mail and resends it, it never shows up.

Look in spam mail. If it's not there, try sending it to a different email address.
