The Category Button is stuck

I cant post any new pictures because of the category button.
when I go to submit a picture, the category button says (Click To Begin) and when I click on it, it doesnt do anything, So now I cant get to the categories to submit pictures. Is it just me that this is happening to?

mm... I was afraid of that... I dont know what to do now. I cant post any pictures because of it...
