Screenshot or Not?

I was browsing the recent submissions area just a few minutes ago, when I saw this:

(I censored the artist's name.)

What made me stop on this one in particular is that this picture stands out from the rest of this user's gallery -- which consisted of MS Paint doodles.

It also stands out because the artist herself claimed that she used [b]oil pastels[/b] to color the picture.

The picture itself looks like a screenshot from [i]Tokyo Mew Mew[/i] or something, plus it is very pixelated.

I need some help in finding the original!

If this had been sent to the APQ, it would have been rejected for incorrect media. Send it to an admin for deletion now for that reason until someone manages to come up with the original.

IMO, it's obvious that this is art theft, and I sense a [i]cannot confirm authenticity[/i] in the future.

That was My fault, I was rushing threw the APQ on thursday because it was seriously backlogged. I thought I rejected that one but I guess I didn't.

Well I sent a link to the picture to Denis, so it should get removed shortly because the artist herself claimed she used oil pastels to color "her picture", when it clearly isn't pastels. Plus not to mention it stands out from the rest of the gallery consisting of MS Paint doodles.

Actually sent it to me, It'll get done faster, Denis usually just relays those to some one else. nine time out of ten it's strata, Who is almost as busy as he is.
