I can't post pictures

Every time I try to submit a picture to FAC, it won't work. I fill out the information, and I check to make sure I filled out all I needed to. I click the submit icon, then here comes a LONG loading time and after the screen is fully loaded it doesn't bring me up to the usual "your picture is pending and will be up in this amount of time" screen, but it just brings me back to the submission form, with everything blank again! What is going on, I want to submit pictures but I can't!

Did you check the box under the FAC Site Overview Rules thing?

Maybe, you are doing it so fast that the site can't get enough of the picture's info.

Wrong answer, you can't even hit the Submit button without checking the box by the policy reminder.
