Should block PMs from that user as well?
(Ignore this if it already does, but from a discussion with someone earlier today it seems like a user she has already blocked can continue to pester her through private messages.)

It would be nice, but it's not straightforward.
In the meantime, phpBB's admin CP can control whether a user has access to PM's.
(I think I've received that report, too.)
