Headbanging

I know it does not involve bands or anything, but do you headbang to heavy metal music? It may be necessary on watching a music video, Music Choice channel on a particular song, or a Youtube with the music video.

I do it all the time and sometimes get carried away by it.

I don't think you listen to metal music. I think you listen to Nu-metal, which is closer to rock than metal.
