Two things.

What's the best way to beat hurculies and where do you get yellow trinity?

You are talking about Kingdom Hearts 1, correct?

Beating Hercules: When he's glowing, throw a barrel at him. He'll also dash-attack you when he's low on HP but it is possible to counter that attack and stun him for a moment.

As for Yellow Trinity . . . I think that's the prize you get for beating Herc.
