wats taking approval so long

i submitted some pictures a couple of days ago and havent shown up in my gallery and im like w.t.f man i uploaded them two days ago uploaded them once before but they were denied because it was to large so i resized them so wats the hold up the i.d. numbers are #723560, #723562, #723597,
#723710 plz some one let me know wats going on im suposedbe in a competition with another artist on the site and i need those pics up

Can't do that.....London was incharge of bringing the beer but she got busted at the boarder.

4 AP staff? Seriously? You guys might want to reconsider picking up another person or two. At least ones you know will be able to get things done.(Also one that doesn't have a life, so they'll have time to focus on approving stuff.)

Me and a friend of mine do auto body repair, Due to this we have a tendancy to carry a standard razor blade with us at all times. My friend got naild to the wall for it during a random search, They classified it as an illegal weapon and he was denyed crossing.

I submitted two pics about 3 or four days ago and they have yet to come up! I would really like them to be posted but have no idea why it is taking so long... I never encountered this problem with my pictures before. Is it because I haven't submitted in a while? Or is there some other reason?

How long your pictures take to get approved is only affected by how lazy the staff is being. In this case, approval is taking a long time in general because I decided that redownloading SH4 was a good idea. Also exams. But mostly SH4.

Approved now. You can see what you've already submitted under the "pending" tab in your gallery. Submitting things [i]again[/i] that haven't been approved yet just causes irritation for the person doing approvals.

Just wondering, does the size of a submission contribute to it being approved faster? I've noticed that my smaller pictures always show up in a matter of seconds, but anything really large takes a couple of days...

You have auto approval, so most of your pictures should show up on the site instantly. If they don't, it's because you submitted them to a monitored category, meaning people usually submit stupid things to those so the staff checks to make sure what's submitted there actually belongs there. That those pictures you submitted happened to be large was just a coincidence.

Actually yes, Images above 1500px wide or long is slated for manual approval regardless of AA status. Images need not be any larger than 1500px wide or 2000px long.
