Swearing in Stories

I have put swear words into my current story and have added the Content Warning Tags or whatever, but when I go and read my story the words are changed such as, f*** to frack and the such. Is there a way to change that, because the cursing added a different element to my story and that element is gone with the word changing. Please Help.

Go to Edit Profile, and unclick the box near the bottom that says "Filter words in comments, profiles, stories, etc."

That should do it for ya.

I believe they purposefully changed swear words to other words (some nonsense, some serious). You can not do that individually, but what I suggest is that, instead of leaving it alone and getting "frack", and losing your "element", is to just simply put it to random number signs. They shouldn't change, and people can still tell there's intensity in your story, but the swearing w/o the nonsense.

So instead of f***, try just @*$& or whatever.

As it happens, your mainsite censoring option doesn't take into account whether or not there's a Language advisory on whatever you're viewing.
