You'll have to make your story first using Microsoft Word, or notepad, then uploading it later, or you can type it out on the site using BB code or Java Applet.

If you're asking about just uploading it, then it'd be:

Add fanwork > Stories > And then go the direction you want to go(whether it's uploading, or typing it out.)
