This popped up when I was trying to veiw several pic(s) (no idea why though):
Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "10.16.1.130" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? in /usr/home/sites/www.fanart-central.net/www/config.php on line 155
