Sorry, but I didn't know where to really put this topic. Anyways...
Is Artwork that is pasted on a background you didn't make allowed? Or anything in the picture that wasn't made by you and that person just found it on google or something?

You can put your art in front of say... a photo that [i]you[/i] took, but not a random picture you found on google images.

Photo the submitting artist took, Based on image to image basis, if the photo is simply to kill some dead space fine and is permissable however a photo BG composing more than 20% of an over all image or interaction between charachters like drawing talking to person photographed, it is not.

Relating to FAC policy, the thresholds Battou stated are 'unofficial' and depend on the specific artist and/or work involved.
