What program was it made in (including version)?
What platform are you using (Mac, windows, Linux, etc.)?
What browser are you using?
What is the exact error it gives?

The more specific and detailed such reports are the more likely I'll be able to actually do somthing about it.

It's also possible you tried uploading a document type that isn't fully supported. Save/export your work in HTML or RTF format before uploading.
