I kinda need help when it comes to inking in spots on pictures; you see after I finish the annoying paper has a habit of looking all folded, bumpy, and such. It's very annoying. I did my latest Ichigo picture (I have yet to put it up though, waiting til friday the 13th rolls around again) and it looked all folded and wet-ish so I had to put it under a couple of phone books to make it smooth in appearence but yet it still has a few folds and bumps.

Anyone know how to prevent this annoying occurance? I would love you forever if you helped me with this problem. Also keep in mind i'm a real media artist, pencil and paper, not photoshop, adobe, yadda yadda.

I did that before but it still turns out bumpy. I should start using those sharpy markers that look like pens. I heard they are good. Though it will take FOREVER for the picture to dry gah. Ah well if it will cover the picture better and I wont have to ink over the white spots then I will give it a swing.

Instead of Sharpies, try Microns, they come in different sizes (think something like mechanical pencils which come in sizes 0.5, 0.7, etc). They are really good inking pens from what I understand, and do not bleed or run or fade like Sharpies do.

You can buy them at any art store (don't bother looking in Wal-Mart). I got mine at Michael's.

Pigment liners are also a good choice.

I'll try using even stronger paper, and I have sharpies already, thanks for the tip London xP (Hopefully they will have stronger paper then the kind I used to have without it dulling my pencil dramaticlly)

Are you using sketchbook paper? Sketchbook paper, even those for watercolors and charcoal pencils, are thicker and heavier than normal paper. Try using sketchbook paper or even poster board if you have trouble.

Yo london, know any other good markers besides sharpie I could use? The commerical says the markers dont bleed through the paper however I think that is a uber big LIE xP I used an X-tank pro pen (A pen for ra's sake!) on my ichigo and bankotsu pics and it bled through like crazy onto my sketchpad. I had to flip the sketchpad over to prevent it from leaving marks all over it. Your comments will help london please and thank you in advance! xP

No. I have every right to post here, YOU cannot HOG entire forums, I spoke to Strata about it. I am contributing to this topic. YOU are being a spazzy moron. I am trying to help you, and yet you are being a fucking paranoid emo bitch who won't listen to a thing I say and ends up getting your topics locked because you refuse to listen to other people and cooperate.

I provided you with some friendly help. YOU asked for help, YOU got it. You're an ungrateful bastard. I am giving you helpful advice, I am not harassing you or trolling you or bothering you.

And I am not going away. I am a forum whore, I spend more time here than anywhere else online. And if I have something to say, I'll say it. I have not bothered you at all, and even Strata agreed with me.

You are posting here in a forum, which is subjective to people's opinions. Since you are being a baby and every time some person (not just me) disagrees with you or tries to help you, YOU get all bitchy and tell us to shut the fuck up and leave you alone. If you seriously can't take people's help or their opinions, then there is something mentally or socially wrong with you. You start BAWWWWWING up a storm when someone disagrees with you. "oh waa waa waa mean people waa waa shut the fuck up waa waa *block*".

Dear god I am so fucking glad I am not like you at all. You are like a little cry BABY who can't get what they want and thus you throw your little tantrums. Maybe that's why so many people can't stand you.

And before you get started on me, yes, I do have friends and I do have a life. I have friends because I CAN take criticism while your childish immature self cannot.

You take every fucking thing so seriously. You cannot take a joke or criticism AT ALL.

You need to grow up, Sarah. You REALLY do. Life is not all fun and games and sugar and candy drops. There's bad stuff in life you need to learn to simply DEAL WITH and tolerate.

Since I see you bitching at everyone in the forums, the best thing I suggest is to not come back on here again since you throw your little temper tantrums when you don't get what you want.

ITT you asked for people's help. AND I provided you help, including where to find good pens, But again, immature little Sarah here has to be a spoiled baby and whine over every little damn thing. And I bet you're stressing out poor Stratadrake with your bitching and whining in your countless "oh please help me" PMs. Well he's got a life too and even so he can take criticism while your childish ass cannot.

tl;dr version:
GROW UP SARAH AND STOP SPAZZING WHENEVER YOU RECEIVE HELP OR CRITICISM.

I am taking London's advice on this page jesus and I DONT throw a fit, your the one at the moment throwing a goddamn fit because im telling you CLEARLY to stop talking to me, leave me alone understand? I dont LIKE people who throw things off topic hence why I got alittle irritated with Herclues cause I didnt want that to get locked. I put up a EHRGEIZ VS DISSIDIA topic for him that way the other doesnt get LOCKED.

And you hopping in at EVERY little thing I say is just plain IRRITATING. Strata told you NOT to talk to me UNDERSTAND? LISTEN TO HIM. DONT talk to me, PRETEND IM DEAD IF YOU HAVE TO

Cause im not going to talk to you ANYMORE and I DO have a life AND friends. And im A THOUSAND times more mature than you. Im not throwing a fit just because MY advice is NOT getting taken. So quit double posting and throwing what you are saying beforehand in my face. IM NOT RICH I AND THE ART SUPPLIES HERE IN PA SUCK! I WILL NOT order things online cause THAT leads to identity theft. And I have tried your pens before and they DO NOT HELP with me. I am taking londons opinion unless any other opinions surface til then ROLL OVER and DEAL with it. I tried your pens and paper and they fail with my scanner.

GOOD DAY AND HAVE A HAPPY MORROW!

I have every right to post here.

Also, I am not throwing a fit. I am talking calmly and rationally.

O RLY? Must be using them wrong, they work wonders with me.

Also

I had the same problem a few years ago and she told me to buy the same thing. Rolling Eyes

And you could have at least have said "No thank you, these do not work, thanks for your help anyway."

If you would have been polite and took my advice and said "No thanks, I tried these before and they do not work, thanks for your help anyway", I would not be arguing with you right now. You started it. All I did was post a suggestion and you blew up in my face about it.

Again thanks but no thanks now stop trying to prove me wrong alright? The pens arent going to magiclly work for me because you wish it. I will stick with sharpies or x-tank pens til someone finds a solution to my bumpy looking inked pictures.
