Error When Trying to Change Picture's File

Whenever I try to change the file of http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-767146.html to a JPG version of the same picture, I get that message.

It does it with all my pics as well. I am trying to change the filetype from a PNG to a JPG so the file size won't be as large.

I somewhat got the same message when it came to changing a profile picture since im bored of my naruto one and wanted to put a humerous quoted picture of Seph up.

I thought at first it was something to do with it being a bmp image so I hopped over to google and got a random jpg image of seph and tried to upload that one and I still got the same message. X_x looks like imma have to wait awhile to upload more pics. Ah well God of war here i come! x3

i also got the same error when i tried posting a picture, and i also noticed this on the top of the page:

somehow last night's update seems to have broken some file permissions.

I've fixed them.

I got the same thing Ed did yesterday. Hopefully it will work today if ya fixed it. Kinda getting bored of mah Naruto pic xD -shot!-
