WHAT THE- Um, did Fac just updated for good?

Is this just a test or this is how the site is going to be from now on, either way it is okay. I like the updated site. Surprised

[u]EDIT:[/u] What the frack is going on?! My emails give me links to the new FAC now but while on the forum, when you click the cat to go back to FAC it takes you to the old one. Which one are we suppose to be using?

yeah, the emails that notfity you about FAC take you to the new updated FAC site.

Three errors I noticed. There is no more view 25, view 50, view 100, or view all options for comments in profiles and I tried to use the delete account function and all it does is log me out. Also, I can't delete other people's comments on my page, only mine.

Also do the boxes comments are in on people's pages have to be so big?

The options shown here depend on the # of comments actually posted to the page, e.g. there is no point in showing a "50" option if only one comment has been posted.

This has happened before, sounds like an SQL error.

You mean the actual comments, or the New Comment/Reply box? Both are more or less the same size they've always been.

I found another bug when trying to add someone to your favorite artists list.

When I click Add Artist > Display as Favorite Artist, in the pop up window when I click Add I get a lot of coding gibberish and the artist is not added to my Faves.

You guys still haven't sorted out the picture count, either. I've done more than what the ammount says on my profile page. It's kinda... misleading. Also, the remove profile picture option just gives a blank box where the picture used to sit- it doesn't remove the damn thing at all... well, not properly.

PATCHED. It was removing the actual image file just fine, just not updating the database to reflect that, which is what resulted in the broken image.

Alright! I'm glad we fixed that viewing comments thing. The menu popped up for me all of a sudden and I am pleased. The gallery isn't compeltely mixed up anymore either. P; The other update changes are kind of strange to me.

The profile information is cut in half?

That feature art menu extends the page too much to the right.

Newly submitted art have censored thumbnails. And I swear there's nothing inappropriate with a cute little brown-haired girl. xP I turned off my censoring too.

I've listed (I think) most of the stuff that irks me so far. ;U Now I feel fulfilled. Tell me about whether some of this stuff is happening with you, or if they're something else you think I should do individually to fix it.

I can't reproduce this on my end (also Firefox). Is there anything else on your profile page that is excessively wide? Like, for example . . . thumbnails of your Faved pictures?

Problem is there's no easy way to make a resolution-based size limit for the profile text field.

Battou noticed this before, but this is definitely a more extreme example. It's caused by excessively long picture titles, the fix is simple on a technical level, but I'm not sure of the best approach yet. Going to just have to take a stab....

This has happened before on a few occasions, where the advisory icons and/or thumbnail of the first item gets accidentally replicated across the subsequent ones.

Possibly, the profile being cut in half is only my side. Even your profile seems cut in half for me. No, the thumbnails on my profile are just fine. The right size as before. Nothing seems to be abnormally too wide. :U I kind of thought it was because I had so many pictures on my profile, but other profiles that have only text are still cut like mine.

so what's up with the no emails from fac for new pics and comments and such?

my settings say that i will still get them and they are set to do so

yeah, i'm having this problem too.

also, i noticed that the comment boxes go off the screen on both profiles and pictures, like they're way too long or something.
