I want it on DVD, you know, better quality and bonus features and such. I fell in love with this movie when I was a child.
I never knew Kate Winslet was British until later on in life. _________________ |

I always thought Rose to be kinda a bitch, but I just blame her parents like her mother for how she was brought up.
Also I think it was mean how she didn't stand up for Jack about that whole heart of the sea whatever diamond.
Yeah I also so want it on DVD _________________ |

This was one of the longest and most awsome movies I saw during the time it was released. And it made my brother cry (he's ice cold most of the time, or thinks he is haha xD)
I saw this a few times in the theatre and that part where the back lifts up during the sinking...that made me feel like I was really there it was that dang good. Also the music was AMAZING -has the soundtrack- n_n I think that one song made Celine dion's career, and that was the one take she took when she sang it, hand up to god.
Aside from that, the real titanic was indeed a thing to behold. And I feel sad for what happened that sad sad night. Imma miss when the Titanic goes poof cause of the salt eating away at it T^T _________________ Our life is made by the death of others...

@ Ami:
I think it was how she was brought up. I mean she was a rich lady and they look at poorer folks with no respect. So yeah I think she had a reason to be a bit of a bitch.
It's funny. When they show the film on TV, the part where Jack is drawing Rose naked on the couch, they censor her butt and boobs and crotch but they don't censor anything in the drawing lol. _________________ |

In some movie theaters, they have special effects inside where the chair will vibrate violently and you will feel cold air shoot out. I would love to see Titanic in one of those! _________________ |

(This is both about the titanic ITSELF and the movie so its a crossover, sorry aren)
Also did you know that the director did not KNOW that there was a J. Dawson until after the movie? The guy was a worker on the ship. And does anyone know how many died? I heard it was around 2000 or somethin to that amount. And does anyone know how long it will take before Titanic finally disappears? Cause its been down there a LONG time now. Someone said it would go by 2005 but from what I heard it's still down there. _________________ Our life is made by the death of others...

Well I mean it can't stay around forever. You got the water pressure issue plus water erosion on the ship so yea
They supposedly tried to lift it up to the surface. _________________ |

They did a great job of recreating that for the movie. I mean wow I didn't realize the original Titanic had the Grand Staircase! _________________ |

Oh now that was crazy -heard about that- if they had tried that it would have fallen even more apart than it already was. I think they left it alone because it was too heavy (well DUH its a big ship!) and it was hollowed ground, meaning it was kinda like a grave yard in its own way. Man I still cant believe people back then THOUGHT it was invincible. As the dude in the movie said "The ships made of iron sir! It WILL sink." _________________ Our life is made by the death of others...

@ Ed
You got a point, people can't help how they were raised and back then people stayed in there own 'group' which ever that is. Whether it be royal or peasant and poor.
Censorship is funny and they do it so poorly lol
@ Sarah
No I did not know all of those things. It has to be near somewhat gone now.
@ Ed (again)
Would be nice to see what it looks like now lol _________________ |

Yeah you're right. I mean lifting it is like trying to lift up a castle made of playing cards without them falling down.
People investigated it initially because they thought it was a treasure ship and they didn't find anything.
Also the Sapphire of the Ocean (or whatever it's called in the movie) didn't exist IRL.
Oh yeah I do not understand something. In the movie, they find Jack Dawson's sketchbook thing like 80 years later UNDERWATER and I don't understand how come the paper didn't decompose or why the charcoal pencil didn't wash off? I never get that to this day. _________________ |

Also you know that it's at the bottom of the Atlantic, but in two parts? One half is like a mile away from the other. _________________ |

Those bodies are LONNNNG gone now. But they DID find some glasses, a boot, and a few other things (People tried to grave rob this ship, the nerve Dx) also I would like to see what it looks like too.
As for the movie, I give them big props on how they got it soooo close to the original. The staircase, the cherub on the end of the railing (That the loser fiancee slipped and faceplanted on when HE was the one who blew the head off it when attempting to shoot rose and Jack) lawl. Also can you guys BELIEVE that that one crew worker let that loser fiancce on the lifeboat with that lil girl when he said "Please she's all I have in the world T_T" when HE is wearing RICH clothes and the lil girl is in rags?! Tarded moment alert for the crew worker! _________________ Our life is made by the death of others...

The guy when the ship was sinking, the guy that was near Jack and Rose near the bow of the ship that was drunk, he was a real person. He spent the longest in the water and didn't freeze because he was intoxicated. I read that in a Titanic book I used to have called 2001 Facts About Titanic You Didn't Know About. _________________ |

That was retarded, he knew that guy tried to bribe him too then he found the little girl. As if that moron was going to take care of that little girl in the end. I bet he would have dumped her in an orphanage when he got to land. "Oh thanks for getting me on that boat and saving my life little girl, your no use to me now bye bye" _________________ |

"Music to drown to now I KNOW i'm in first class" Best line EVER in the movie xD
Also that doll face you see at the begining, that was real too. The director thought that was a childs face at first. I wouldnt blame him I would too. And about the drawings, I agree with Ed, that confuses me too xD _________________ Our life is made by the death of others...
