oblivion magic help?

So, I downloaded a mod, and there's this uber creature in the dungeon it features, creature has reflect 100% and resist normal weapons 100%. Is there anyway to beat it, or should I just cheat kill it?

Edit: I'd use a daedric weapon, but i'm only level 10. And he takes half my health each hit. Should I just wait till i'm a higher level to fight him?
