^Strange that the color pops up more yellow than the actual picture itself.

I actually use the back of graded school assignments to draw my lineart to save paper- which explains that strange grayness in the background.

;/ This is going to be giftart for the peeps, but god it's going to be terrible to color. I partially post this so it will remind me that I do need to get it done!

A slightly different project for me right now. One of my biggest pet peeves here in town is the slow transition into a new paint scheme of the Police cars. We currently have two of the LTD's left and they are still in service, they are a powder blue with Dark blue lettering red stripes. They are being slowly replaced by white and black chargers. It's the old ones being in service that buggs me. Two different color police cars can be confusing. I wish the police department would just pain the ford crusers wile they wait for the new chargers to come in.

I found this model in Wally World and just had to do up a mock up of what the old cars would look like with the new paint scheme. I went through and made the waterslide decales based on the new paint scheme using Microsoft Photodraw, my Inkjet printer and some Testors transparent waterslide decal paper (testors #1901). I then applied them to the model. This model is still incomplete, I have to paint the light bar and apply the decales to the back of the car.

Oh, and FYI, the real number 7 police cruser is one of the remaining Ford LDT crusers in service with it's blue paint. Ironically the #7 cruser was out when I got there to get the photo, It is the same as the #3 minus the K-9 markings.

by the picture the pinstriping on the chargers look green. Any reason you went with black on your model?

It's black on the actual crusers, the green you see is actually digital noise.
