Why banned?

Bigdawg here. Why was my account banned for this so called ban evaison? what ban was I evading..? That was my first account on this site.

The correct move in your situation would have been to deny deny deny. If you're asking where the evidence is or what the evidence is, you're admitting that there is evidence, and you anticipate a chance to argue the evidence. Obvscum behavior.

Problem is if I provide the evedence, the user can take steps to avoid detection in this manor. the proof is posted in the staff forums and the staff are the only ones who need to know.

failure to provide proof of evidence further cements the fact that there is no evidence and that i was banned on mere suspecsion

The simple fact that you have side stepped our IP blocing proceedures to make these posts dictates that you where aware of IP firewalls and how to evade them to prior to the registry of your current account. Sorry, but that is evidence in and of it self.

you don't understand, using proxies by itself is a bannable offense in most sites.

It also doesn't help that the site admins are used to a range of ip addresses from past trolls. There are only so many proxy providers, you know.

Yes, the correct move would have been deny, deny, deny. Why would a new user, gobsmacked of a ban from a site they've barely spent 2 minutes in, ask for a reason? I would think it's a forum error or just make a new account.
