New Mascot

"As for the mascot/logo, it's not changing 'till somebody comes up with something much better. If that doesn't happen, I may add the third one with the even worse eyes somebody made.

Doesn't have to be the cat, IDK."

I want to discuss ideas for a new mascot here. I like the cat, but something has to change on FAC. Things are getting dull, so lets share some ideas. What kind of mascot pull people in?

Random things in my head:

-A wolf with paint spots on its back
-A pencil that barfs out Inuyasha's, Ash Ketchum's, Kira's(and other popular characters) faces <--lol
-Poison dart arrow frog with colors and paints around it that spell out "Fanart Central"

Then again, we could always KEEP the cat! I'm attached it it, and I since it has hanged out in past versions of the mascots, we can make a better version of it. We could incorporate the sunglasses in if we want.

OR we can try a banner idea? Such as what this website has?:

Also I like the idea of the frog too, however Imageshack has a frog already, a gold one I believe. And quizzilla has the pencil with lizard appendages.

I really adore the cat mascot. Why? Cause he reminds me of my kitty Vivi, even has the same thin face as him. Sadly he passed away though from a blood disease. u3u

We could always make the cat fluffier, or make him more Mafia looking? I saw the pic london suggested and that was epic. Or heck make him a different color but dear lord not rainbow colored! xD (Paint splats on him would be a nice touch ;3)

Now that I think about it, I sure would like the mascot that appeals to the holidays. A Christmas hat could be put on it during Christmas and it could be holding a fork with a big plate of turkey next to it for Thanksgiving.

I loved freaking my mom out with it. Dad had gotten it for me many a Christmas ago back when the things were popular.

Thats what I meant. We had people in the old FAC template, and now we have just a cat in the new one. Its time to bring Sam back, and/or a male character that we shall call Matt!
