Avatar & Profile picture bug?

I was experimenting with my avatar and pressed "Remove this Picture." Then, I tried to change it into another avatar, but it said:

* Could not upload new user avatar (Unable to place in temp directory)

Other changes to your profile settings have been processed successfully.

Return to my profile page

It said the same thing for a profile picture as well. I restarted firefox, but it said the same thing. Then, I tried to change it on Internet Explorer, but it was the same result. Has this happened before?

No, I just thought to myself, "What is the most random thing I can say to someone?" -And then I thought about this really dumb Leadership video I watched where the title was "Pause and Think!" and the acting was so terrible.

I decided to make fun of it by putting it in my signature. Of course, no one would get it except for my other school friends who had to watch the painful video too. D;
