how can users reply to topics after they are locked

I made some sort of photo topic but it was locked because there would probably be a massive amount of photos on a thread. But a user replied hours after it was locked. How did that happen?

No ordinary people can talk in locked topics; or else the lock feature wouldnt be usefull now would it? lol.

Denis, admins, and mods (Guys in green at bottom of list, along with London) can talk in locked threads cause they are cool like that. Wink

cstdenis is an admin.

Mods and admins can post replies in locked topics if we choose, but of course, that's not something we do very often. Kinda ruins what the point of locking a topic is, y'know?

Yeah I just usually say their names if they are admins that hide and spring up on you. Would have added Battou's name but I forgot, plus I was lurking on youtube.

Admins are fellas with super bold black names, where as i said before; mods are in green bold at bottom of list of who's online, however most of them hide. And yeah, what strata said, kinda like how you have the urge to poke at a dead body with a stick, you cant resist it. -shot!-

Yes I know, but she hides her name so it's hard telling for those who are new if she's a mod or not. I just pointed that out for mods that show their names online. n_n dark_angel_of_light is also a mod btw@gerad
