Questions about scraps and icons

Do scraps count towards your three uploads a day? Also I've had auto-upload for a few years so I was just wondering if the scraps go through the screening process like non-scrap images, just curious.

As for icon/avatars i know on FA that if you do :usernameicon: that a person's icon will show up as a link back to their userpage, can this be done on FAC as well?

It could be a useful thing to use like if you wanna link to someones profile you can. Like how it does on dA and FA.

The way I use to post people's icons with their profile was always [url=blahblah ] [img] derp [ /img] [ /url]
Although, I dont know if it works now.

Scraps are counted towards the per-day limit same as pictures, partly because you can switch a given submission between them at any time.
