I am a trying to start my own horror movie website called www.frighteningicons.com
and on this website I am trying to start my own art galley.
what would be a good way to get people to submit art to my site?

Advertise your site as much as possible and give them good features.

Yeah, I'd say hit as many art sites as you can. If you need to, I can advertise on dArt. You need to tell me exactly what to say.
