Hi. I'm new to fan art central and i'm trying to upload my first picture. The format was easy enough to learn but i'm having trouble figuring out how I can change the size of the pictures on my computer so that they fit the screen better on the fan art central page. What I mean is, I have pictures saved to my computer, and when I try to upload them, they end up really large. Then, I tried to upload another, and it fit perfectly. I was just wondering if there was a way to edit my saved pictures to make them smaller, and if so, how I can do that. I'm not in a rush to know so please take your time.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. |

Open it in some kind of graphics program and look for an option to resize it. In photoshop, it's "image->image size". Other programs it may be under edit. In some there's an option to select it to that there's the little boxes in the corners. If you can get it like that, click on a corner, hold shift, and drag inward to resize it.
If you can post what specific program you're using, I'm sure someone can give you specifics for it. _________________ "I care about people as much as I care about lawn furniture" - Dexter/Michael C. Hall |

Thanks so much. Right now the only program I have is MSN Paint...lol, but I got a Wacom Digital Sketch Pad for Christmas, and it came with photoshop, pen pallette, and painters classic. I won't be able to hook it up for a few weeks though.
