The preacher gif and the "courage wolf" style posters made me laugh so hard...I got a good chuckle from the "arrow in the knee" reference as well. Very Happy

I orderd the collectors ediotn guidebook for this game...should be getting it any day now. Hardback and just shy of 600 pages long...its a BEAST!

But as far as the price dropping...this may be one of those titles that stays at $60 for a while. DLC is on the way as well...so one of the biggest single player games is about to get ginormous.

The game is good, definitely worth the money; but honestly I like Morowind in a few aspects more still.

Morrowind will always still be my favorite. It was the first to bring that epic theme song and have the best "rural" alone-in-the-world feel to it. However, I will admit if Oblivion or Skyrim were the first I played, I would say Morrowind sucked. ;/

I played only 20 or so minutes of this game and I friggin loved it! Sadly I got my ass kicked by a few thugs. (I played my bro's level 14 dark elf chara. Btw, the arrow's gone from his neck now. He still doesnt know how it went away though. He thinks it has something to do with save or he got killed etc)

But yeah, nearly crapped myself when i saw those big ass wolves come out of nowhere, but I quickly dispatched em with a flames/sparks combo and they dropped like stones. However, to my disappointment and my damn sister's impatience at wanting to go home; i couldnt play long enough to see a dragon pop up. T___T

Youtubing it and playing are two tottally dif experiences before you say anything too btw. Oh and Bro stated that he agrees with the others that Morrowind is too complicated, and overhyped as he put it, and Skyrim pwns it by a country mile.
