Unable to change featured pic on my profile

As the title states: I am unable to change the featured picture on my profile. I don't see a button for it anywhere, not even under edit profile. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find the option to change it. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Go to Edit Profile and underneath the field for your profile page text there should be three options - "Gallery excerpt", "Allow Comments", and "Featured Picture".
