Returning the "who's online" feature

Hello! I'm back here after a long time and plan to become more active again uploaded a work and browsed some works! also started discussing the site again with some old friends from here.

I already commented on another thread about the "being unable to comment" issue, but i would also like to bring up the old "who's online" system that seems to have been taken down. I understand that the site has had some low traffic lately, but i feel that might be an important tab for getting the site back up when it comes to socializing in combination with looking into the comment issue.

I also think a notifications tab would be a good idea, unless there already is one and I just haven't found it yet lol
