Cannot comment on profiles and Who's Online tab

Hello! I know this has been brought up before but i'm gonna bring it up as a 2025 post from scratch along with a site functionality request

I just returned after many years away, decided to try and become more active but i noticed a couple of things, mainly that the profile comment system is faulty. Images can still be commented on after finishing the Captcha but commenting on a profile gives no such feedback after the Captcha and no comment becomes posted.

Maybe it's possible to cross reference the functionalities of these two comment systems to see where the problem lies? I understand if it's a bit of a drag to look into it given how few visitors the site has nowadays, but i believe it would have been shut down long ago if that was the actual case... I still believe there is a passion and hope to revive the site and this is a key part of doing it

On that note it would be lovely to see the "who's online" tab return, that would make socializing easier as well by eing able to synch when someone is online that you wanna chat with. I see that the forums still have that so why not the main site?
