I don't know much about Pixiv, but looks now it have become a alternative to Deviantart for posting arts. Here the link to the Wikipedia entry.

Also, seems then Newsgrounds received also some Deviantart expats as well. |

There's also Cara, which split primarily to stand against generative AI and (so I hear) has Glaze and/or Nightshade built-in to their submissions process.
