Okay, when you view a picture (any picture), there will be a row of links near the bottom of it, just under the description. The one on the right should say "Add Comment". You'll need to log in to the main site before you can drop a comment though. At the top there should be a button called "Login", use it to log in. After logging in you should see "Add Fanwork" and "Edit Profile" buttons at the top and "Approval Queue" also at the top.

Once you're logged in, you can leave comments on anything.
