Sig Uploading?

I did a picture of my sig on the computer (meaning actuall pictures, not art), and it got rejected. It told me that I needed to upload my sig IN the forums. How do I do this? :huh:

Well, if it's a small image, you can upload it to your post as an attachment and copy the URL to your sig... provided you pick the right subforum to put it in....

...Or you could simply upload the image to some webspace on the Internet that allows remote-linking of images (i.e. no Geocities/Angelfire/etc.) and link it from there once it's uploaded.

Also, stuff like sigs shouldn't be uploaded into your gallary (I belive it listed in the rules)

for use as a forum sig you could:
link it from here (ie http://www.fanart-central.net/forums/uploa...1100451078.jpg)
make it your profile picture and link from there.
use somthing like photobucket.

But please dont direct link pictures off this site for other sites, it sucks up site resources. Picture pages are of course ok

Is it still okay if I use the Attatchments? Don't worry, I tried to compress the image as much as possible. :huh:

General attachments etiquette is something like this:

- Try to keep the attachments of reasonable size.
- Like the warning near the attachment button implies, never upload an attachment if it doesn't directly relate to the topic of discussion. (Except for the Spam subforum, of course...)
- Don't attach the same image multiple times, copy the URL and link it in that way.
