Problems Logging On

I am really having problems logging on.
I typed in my password and user name right
Is there a way to change my password?

You can change your password by logging on the the forums. Once logged in at the top of the screen next to your name and logged in as it says "my controls".In there on the left side under "change my password" you can change your password ^_^

What's your Internet browser and operating system?

The login problem is very well-known, but unfortunately we don't really know why it happens or how to put it to rest (since our forums never seem to have this problem) .

We do have a list of suggestions in the FAQ, so try those if you haven't already.
