What's Got Your Game?

Well, there's always new video games coming out, and there's always the old classics. And, of course, there's the games that are so good, everyone has to try it at least once...

Moreover, what is it about these games that make you want them? Or even [i]recommend[/i] other people to play?

So, list a game that you'd like to play, then recommend a game you liked to the next person and PLEASE say why. :3

I'd like to get a copy of Summon Night: ExThesis. (As if you couldn't guess. XD) It's an action-RPG (eg, Zelda series) that's extremely anime-related. Plus, I want to play it because I've played a bunch of the other Summon Night games and I thought they were quite good. And Chiba Susumu is the voice actor for Leon, which is totally worth playing the game for. B)

I have a thing for summoners, too, shut up. I also like a break from "heavy" RPGs like Xenosaga and Final Fantasy for lighter, cuter RPGs.



A game I'd recommend is Katamari Damacy. It's about the Prince who has to clean up his father (the King of Cosmos)'s mess -- the King destroyed all the stars in the sky after getting a bit tipsy (the game's main theme is called "Katamari on the Rocks", what do you expect? ) and it's the Prince's job to make stars by collecting up junk off earth for his father to send into the sky.

The music is awesome, this game is on crack, and everyone should play it. B)

The graphics are rather endearing in their previous-millenia own way, and even though it hasn't much in the way of storyline (that's right, guys, it's not an epic RPG ) it's funny (and entertaining) enough to keep that Katimari rolling. B)

And, there's tonnes of stuff to collect, too. :)
