How Do You Post Animations?

guuuuyyssssssssssss please help and tell me how the heck you post an animation!!!!!!!!!!!! please....i got a good one but i dont know how to post it

GIF and Flash (SWF) animations are both suported, you submit them the same way you submit everything else ("Add Fanwork" tab from main FAC page), and they have to be less than 300kb like everything else.

so dose that mean i cant post them if i make them with windows movie maker?

I do not belive windows movie maker supports either of those formats.
