Wav Loop Downloads

Does anyone know any good sites for downloading free music wavs? Not quotes and clips, but actual music? I've been looking forever and I can't find a thing. Specifically I'm looking for some good, slow, sad classical music. What would really be awesome if it had children's voices in the background singing in German or Russian or something. Can anyone help? Sad

o_o! I recommend you find the song "Bratja". It's from Fullmetal Alchemist (I know, I know. Anime music. But it's actually rather pretty, as are the piano/violin renditions), but I have no idea where you could find a .wav format of the song. :|
